Los 9 – Fäll- und Rodungsarbeiten</efbc:ChangeDescription></efac:Change><efac:ChangeReason><cbc:ReasonCode listName="modification-justification">add-wss</cbc:ReasonCode><efbc:ReasonDescription languageID="DEU">Die vorgesehenen zusätzlichen Planungsleistungen BOL/BÜ stehen in unmittelbarem Zusammenhang mit den bereits beauftragten Leistungen des Hauptvertrages. Ein separates Vergabeverfahren ist nicht zweckmäßig.
 
Die Fäll- und Rodungsarbeiten sind zwingende Voraussetzung für die nachfolgenden Bauleistungen. Die damit verbundenen Planungsleistungen sind funktional mit den bestehenden Aufgaben der BOL/BÜ verbunden. Eine Trennung der Zuständigkeiten würde zu Schnittstellenproblemen und erhöhtem Koordinationsaufwand
