NA IV: Die erste Bauphase hat gezeigt, dass Aufgrund von Änderung der Baureihenfolge von Gewerken erhebliche zeitliche und schadensminimierende (Eindringen von Regenwasser) Vorteile ergeben. Aufgrund dessen wurde die Reihenfolge der Gewerke geändert, wodurch für die Firma, welche die Betonsanierungsarbeiten durchführt, zusätzliche Arbeiten erforderlich sind.
NA VIII: Entgegen den Erwartungen wurde nach der Demontage der Wetterschale festgestellt, dass die Bewehrungen der Tragschalen in großer Menge freilagen, sodass eine 
vollflächige Überdeckung mittels kunststoffmodifiziertem zementgebundenem Spritzmörtel, zur Sicherstellung der Dauerhaftigkeit des Stahlbetons, aufgetragen werden 
musste.
